RESOLUTION 69-37 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CHARLES COHEN and SALLY COHEN, husband and wife, as <br />joint tenants, have executed a deed dated February 8, 1969, conveying <br />to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the <br />west side of Hrahd Avenue, north of Washington Place; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DONALD R. WARREN and SUSAN I. WARREN, husband and <br />wife, as joint tenants, have executed a deed dated February 19, <br />1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street <br />purposes on the north side of Myrtle Street, and the east side of <br />Cypress Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DON S. MOZLEY, Tax Collector of the County of Orange, <br /> has executed a deed dated February 6, 1969, for the purpose of <br /> correcting the description of real property conveyed to the City <br /> of Santa Ana by deed dated September 13, 1966, said property being <br /> located on the south side of Memory Lane at Baker Street in the <br />' City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> W}{ERE~S, all,of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds, and Carl J.
