RESOLUTION 69-38 ACCEPTING DEED FOR WHICH <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a body corporate and politic, <br />has executed a deed dated January 29, 1969, conveying to the City <br />of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the east side of <br />Flower Street and the north side of Fourth Street, in the civic <br />center area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid <br />to said grantor by the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed, and Carl J~ Thornton, the City's designated <br />agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said <br />deed. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of March, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNC~ <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, MAXINE VALLERY, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the <br />3rd day of March, 1969, and was at said meeting passed and adopted <br />by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: l-Ierrin, Brooks.
