RESOLUTION 69-41 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br />TO APPLY FOR FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER <br />THE FEDERAL DISASTER ACT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br />That CARL J.
