RESOLUTION 69-42 AFFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING A VARIANCE ON <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION 68-125, FILED BY HALL-LYON- <br />HALL, LTD., SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning <br />Commission granted a variance on Variance Application 68-125, <br />filed by HALL-LYON-HALL, LTD., to permit the establishment of <br />a church in the LP District at 600 North Golden Circle Drive, <br />Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 220 was filed by SUNSET <br />BUILDERS, appealing the decision of the Planning Commission and <br />presenting the matter to the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the city Council, after public hearing on notice, <br />has determined that said Variance meets the requirements of <br />Section 9250.8 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code and that said <br />Variance should be granted, subject to certain conditions; <br /> <br /> NOW, T}EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision of the Planning <br />Commission and does hereby grant a Variance on Variance application <br />No. 68-125, filed by HALL-LYON-HALL, LTD., to permit the establish- <br />ment of a church in the LP District at 600 North Golden Circle <br />Drive, Santa Ana, california, in an LP District; said Variance is <br />granted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That a precise plan of development be submitted to and approved <br /> by the Planning Commission and that the development be <br /> according to the approved plan, except for minor modifications <br /> to be approved by the Planning Department; <br /> <br />That the Planning Commission may impose additional conditions <br /> of approval at the time of submittal and approval 6f detailed <br /> plans. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />That a detailed landscape plan be submitted to and approved by <br /> the Planning Department, and that the approved plan be <br /> implemented and all landscaping be continuously maintained. <br /> <br />THE FOLLOWING CONDITION IS TO BE COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE <br />OF A BUILDING PERMIT OR UTILITY RELEASE: <br /> <br />4.
