RESOLUTION 69-43 ACCEPTING A DEED FROM FRED AND <br />VIOLA M. WILLIAMS FOR PARKSITE PURPOSES FOR <br />WlqICH THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br />OF $15,500 <br /> <br /> WHEP~EAS, FRED WILLIAMS and VIOLA M. WILLIAMS, husband and <br />wife, have executed a deed dated February 24, 1969, conveying to <br />the City of Santa Ana a parcel of real property on the west side <br />of Gunther Street, south of First Street, for which the City is <br />paying a cash consideration of $15,500; said transaction is to <br />be handled through Escrow No. 56175-C with Security Title <br />Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; the city of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed; and Carl J.
