RESOLUTION 69-45 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HAROLD HIRSH, a married man, as his separate property, <br />has executed a deed dated March 3, 1969, conveying to the City of <br />Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the east side of Tustin <br />Avenue, north of Fourth Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PAUL J. TOBERTY and JOYCE K. TOBERTY, husband and <br />wife, have executed a deed dated March 5, 1969, conveying to the <br />City of Santa Ana an easement for alley purposes on the south side <br />of Seventeenth Street, west of French Street; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being paid <br />to said grantors by the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds, and Carl J.
