RESOLUTION 69-46 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR THE
<br />IMPROVEMENT OF MEMORY LANE WEST OF WESTWOOD
<br />FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, J. W. QUINN and ALICE M. QUINN, husband and wife,
<br />have executed a deed dated February 18, 1969, conveying to the City
<br />of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the north side of
<br />Memory Lane, west of Westwood Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS ROBERT W. SHROLL and LORENE M. SHROLL, husband and
<br />wife, have executed a deed dated February 13, 1969, conveying to the
<br />City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the north side
<br />of Memory Lane, west of Westwood Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS MILTON MANN and CHERI ANITA MANN, husband and wife,
<br />have executed a deed dated March 3, 1969, conveying to the City of
<br />Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the north side of
<br />Memory Lane, west of Westwood Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ROBERT L. SUBRIAR and DARLENE A. SUBRIAR, husband
<br />and wife, have executed a deed dated February 19, 1969, Conveying
<br />to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the
<br />north side of Memory Lane, west of Westwood Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JOSEPH W. TRUMPY and HAZEL J. TRUMPY, husband and
<br />wife, have executed a deed dated February 13, 1969, conveying to the
<br />City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the north side
<br />of Westwood Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
<br />being paid to said grantors by the City;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
<br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of March, 1969.
