RESOLUTION 69-50 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH <br />THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MARGENE KRAG MUSSER has executed a deed dated <br />April 3, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana real property <br />on the north side of First Street and the east side of Flower Street, <br />for which the city is paying a cash consideration of $122,500.00; <br />said transaction to be handled through Escrow No. 56109-C with <br />Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, california; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THE SISTERS OF ST. JOSEPH OF ORANGE, as Trustee, <br />under the will of JESSEE M. BURLEW, deceased, has executed a deed <br />dated March 26, 1969 conveying to the City of Santa Aha an easement <br />on the south side of First Street, and the east side of Main Street <br />for street purposes, for which the city is paying a cash consideration <br />of $1,675.00; said transaction to be handled through Escrow <br />No. 55354-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THE FIRESTONE TIRE & RUBBER COMPANY, an Ohio corpora- <br />tion, has executed a quitclaim deed dated April 4, 1969, conveying <br />to the city of Santa Ana an easement for street and drainage purposes <br />on the south side of First Street, and the east side of Main Street; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deeds, and Carl J.
