RESOLUTION 69-51 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HENRY OLIVIER and ROSE M. OLIVIER have executed a <br />deed dated March 13, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana <br />vehicular access rights to the north side of McFadden Avenue, east <br />of Newhope Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FLORENCE CAROLYN MORNER MISSILDINE and LOUIS HENRY <br />MORNER have executed a deed dated March 10, 1969, conveying to the <br />City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the north side <br />of Fairhaven Avenue, west of Dayna Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, NORMAN O. WADE and LORRAINE C. WADE, husband and wife, <br />have executed a deed dated September 24, 1968, conveying to the City <br />of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the west side of <br />Clinton Street, south of Seventeenth Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, RICHARD G. BRALEY, a married man as sole and separate <br />property, and WALKER SMITH, JR., a married man as sole and separate <br />property, have executed a deed dated March 25, 1960, conveying to the <br />city of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the south side <br />of Seventeenth Street, and the west side of Wright Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being <br />paid to the grantors by the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
