RESOLUTION 69-52 ACCEPTING DEED FOR WHICH <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, W. F. CRODDY and MAURINE M. CRODDY, husband and wife, <br />have executed a deed dated March 17, 1969, conveying to the City of <br />Santa Ana real property on the west side of Fairview Street, from <br />Edinger Avenue to Harvard Street, for park purposes, in order to <br />correct an erroneous description in the deed executed by Mr. and Mrs. <br />Croddy February 19, 1969, which deed has heretofore been accepted. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deeds, and Carl J.
