RESOLUTION 69-65 APPROVING A REVISION OF THE <br />FREELY AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 15, 1954 <br />AND JULY 6, 1964 <br /> <br /> WIREREAS, the City of Santa Ana and the State of california <br />have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement dated February 15, <br />1954 and July 6, 1964 relating to the portion of the Santa Ana <br />Freeway, State Highway Road 07-ORA-5 (former ORA-174,2-SA) between <br />the NCL of Santa Ana at Chapman Avenue and ECL of Santa Ana at <br />Maybury Street; and ORA-5 (former ORA-174), Routes 57, 5, 22 <br />(former 19, 174, 179) Freeways Interchange area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, further engineering studies indicate that the <br />following revision is desirable, to wit: Provide a new crossing <br />of freeway at Broadway and modify the interchange at Main Street, <br />as shown on attached print labeled EXHIBIT A, dated March 28, 1969, <br />and made a part hereof; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana hereby concurs and approves the proposed <br />revision set forth hereinabove, it being understood that a revised <br />freeway agreement incorporating said revision is to be entered <br />into at some future date. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of April, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
