RESOLUTION 69-70 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ALFRED LANDR¥ and MARGARET LANDRY, as to an undivided <br />1/2 interest; and LINTON G. VORWERCK and MILDRED J. VORWERCK, as <br />to an undivided 1/2 interest, have executed a deed dated April 15, <br />1969, conveying to the city of Santa Ana vehicular access rights <br />to the north side of Eighth Street and the east side of Fairview <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA BAPTIST CONVENTION has executed <br />a deed dated April 16, 1969, conveying to the city of Santa Ana <br />easements for street purposes on the south side of Hazard Avenue, <br />east of Euclid Street, and vehicular access rights at said location; <br />and <br /> <br /> W}{EREAS, ALL-STATE MANAGEMENT, INC., a california corporation, <br />has executed a deed dated April 17, 1969, conveying to the city of <br />Santa Ana vehicular access rights to the north side of Edinger Avenue <br />and the west side of Grand Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WM. LYON DEVELOPMENT CO., INC., a Delaware <br />corporation, has executed a deed dated April 22, 1969, conveying <br />to the city of Santa Ana vehicular access rights to the east side <br />of Bristol Street, south of Segerstrom Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WM. LYON DEVELOPMENT CO., INC., a Delaware corpora- <br />tion, has executed a deed dated April 22, 1969, conveying to the <br />city of Santa Ana an easement for drainage purposes east of Bristol <br />Street, north of the Pacific Electric Railroad; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being <br />paid to said grantors by the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to <br />cause said deeds together with a copy of this resolution to be <br />recorded in the office of the County Recorder. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of May, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
