RESOLUTION 69-71 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEED FOR VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS TO OWNERS OF RECORD WITH NO CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located on the north side of Eighth Street and the east side of King Street, dedicated vehicular access rights to the city, and the present owners have now requested access rights to Eighth Street and King Street, which the city has determined should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, the follow- ing described real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of california: Ail vehicular access rights to Eighth Street over the Westerly 40.00 feet of the Easterly 82.00 feet, and all vehicular access rights to King Street over the Southerly 30.00 feet of the Northerly 37.00 feet, measured along the Northwesterly line, of the follow- ing described property: That portion of the land allotted to Jacob Ross as described in the Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book B, Page 410 of Judgments of the District Court of the 17th Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County, California, in the city of'Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of california, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of King Street with the center line of Eighth Street; thence North 89° 52' 00" East 252.15 feet along said center line of Eighth Street; thence North 0° 33' 00" East 42.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 0° 33' 00" East 148.00 feet; thence South 89° 52' 00" West 108.30 feet to a line parallel with and distant Southeasterly 39.00 feet, measured at right angles, from the center line of said King Street; thence South 28° 04' 00" West 126.14 feet along said parallel line to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Southeasterly 51.57 feet along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 118° 12' 00"; thence North 89° 52' 00" East 144.11 feet to the true point of beginning. and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
