RESOLUTION 69-74 AMENDING THE ARTERIAL STREETS <br />AND HIGHWAYS ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN TO <br />INCLUDE THE EXTENSION OF MEMORY LANE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 21, 1966, the City of Santa Ana adopted <br />a General Plan for the future physical development of the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Santa Ana Planning Commission has now determined <br />that the Arterial Streets and Highways Element of the General Plan <br />should be amended to reflect an extension of Memory Lane eastward <br />from Broadway; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana hereby approves and adopts the recommendation of <br />the Santa Aha Planning Commission to extend Memory Lane easterly, <br />as an arterial street, from the west curb line of Broadway to a <br />point approximately 1300 feet east of the center line of Main Street, <br />on the alignment known and referred to as the "south" alternate; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the official General Plan map <br />depicting arterial streets shall be amended by depicting the extension <br />of Memory Lane as an arterial street as above described; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That in accordance with Section 9122 <br />of Part 2, Chapter 1, Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, <br />the said proposals are hereby adopted. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
