RESOLUTION 69-87 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br />TO APPLY FOR FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER <br />THE FEDERAL DISASTER ACT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br />That CARL J. THORNTON, City Manager, be and he is hereby authorized <br />to execute for and in behalf of the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a public <br />entity established under the laws of the State of California, this <br />application and to file it in the appropriate State office for the <br />purpose of obtaining certain Federal financial assistance under the <br />Federal Disaster Act (Public Law 769, 89th Congress, Section 9). <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana, California, at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of <br />June, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
