RESOLUTION 69-89 ACCEPTING DEEDS AND RECEIVING <br />AN OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR WHICH THE CITY IS <br />PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WI{EREAS, JOHN F. BOOSE and LIDA A. BOOSE, husband and wife, <br />have executed a deed dated May 6, 1969, conveying to the City of <br />Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the south side of <br />Seventh Street, and the east side of Wright Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MANUEL M. KEUILIAN and VERONICA KEUILIAN, husband <br />and wife; ARCHIE V. KEUILIAN and ZEVART KEUILIAN, husband and wife; <br />ARDASH M. KEUILIAN and GINA KEUILIAN, husband and wife; SHAVARSH M. <br />KEUILIAN and EUGENIE KEUILIAN, husband and wife; and ARMEN M. <br />KEUILIAN and JEANNIE KEUILIAN, husband and wife, have executed a <br />deed dated May 4, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an ease- <br />ment for street purposes on the south side of Westminster Avenue, <br />west of Newhope Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HAROLD SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, NELLIE <br />RUTH SEGERSTROM, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE DE C. SEGERSTROM, <br />HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR., and JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM have executed <br />a Continuing Offer of Dedication dated May 13, 1969, by which <br />document they offer to dedicate to the City of Santa Ana for street <br />purposes property on the east side of Bush Street between Tenth <br />and Eleventh Streets; and <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the Offer of Dedication be received <br />and that said offer shall be accepted only after July 1, 1970, <br />only upon six months' prior written notice of said acceptance, and <br />understanding that the City will accept only that portion of <br />Parcels 1 and 2 therein which are required by the City of Santa <br />Ana in accordance with its finally approved street alignment plan <br />for Bush Street at its intersection with Tenth Street. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
