RESOLUTION 69-90 ACCEPTING A DEED FOR WHICH <br />THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, IVO RUTH RICHARDSON, a married woman, CLAUDINE V. <br />SAGER, a married woman, EP~NESTINE F. HOOVER, a married woman, <br />NEAL D. MINTER, a married man, GLENN L. MINTER, a married man <br />and RICHARD D. HARRISON and HELEN R. HARRISON, husband and wife, <br />have executed a deed dated March 25, 1969, conveying to the city <br />of Santa Ana an easement for sewer purposes east' of Bristol <br />Street at River Lane, for which the City is paying a cash con- <br />sideration of $250.00; said transaction to be handled through <br />Escrow No. 56243-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa <br />Ana, california; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed, and the Clerk of the Council is directed to <br />cause said deed together with a copy of this resolution to be <br />recorded in the office of the County Recorder. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />CLERK OF THE CO ClL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUI~TY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
