RESOLUTION 69-97 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH
<br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> Wt{EREAS, THE SALVATION ARMY, a california corporation, has
<br />executed a deed dated May 28, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa
<br />Ana an easement for street purposes on the south side of Edinger
<br />Avenue, east of Salvation Lane - Salvation Lane, south of Edinger
<br />Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ALFREDO N. LEDDA and CORONADA E. LEDDA, husband and
<br />wife, have executed a deed dated May 28, 1969, conveying to the City
<br />of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the north side of
<br />Roosevelt Avenue, west of Euclid Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, MARY E. MORRIS, a widow, has executed a deed dated
<br />May 28, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement for
<br />street purposes on the north side of Seventeenth Street, west of
<br />McClay Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, RUTH A. BARRIOS, a widow, has executed a deed dated
<br />June 3, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana two parcels of
<br />real property on the northwe~f corner of Fifth Street and Figueroa
<br />Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, E. M. ONTIVEROS and ERMINIA ONTIVEROS, husband and
<br />wife, have executed a deed dated June 6, 1969, conveying to the
<br />City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes and a spandrel
<br />shaped parcel of land on the south side of Fifth Street, west of
<br />Laurel Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, IRENE CHANDLER TURNER, a widow, has executed a
<br />deed dated June 10, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
<br />easement for street purposes on the east side of Euclid Street,
<br />and the north side of Davit Avenue;
<br />
<br /> WI{EREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being
<br />paid to said grantors by the city of Santa Ana.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to
<br />cause said deeds together with a copy of this resolution to be
<br />recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of June, 1969.
