SPECIAL RESOLUTION <br /> <br />Resolution No. 69-99 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Theodore W. Jessee has served as a member of <br />the Santa Ana Planning Commission since April 26, 1954; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as Planning Commissioner Mr. Jessee has given <br />his time generously for fifteen years to further the cause of <br />good planning in the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Jessee served very competently and <br />effectively as chairman of the Planning Commission for three <br />years, during which time he greatly assisted the City in its <br />successful completion of the General Plan Program. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana expresses on behalf of its citizenry <br />the debt of gratitude which it owes TheodQre W. Jessee for <br />his service as Planning Commissioner for his city. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana expresses to Theodore W.
