RESOLUTION 69-100 ACCEPTING A DEED FROM <br />SANTAMETRICS PROPERTIES FOR WHICH THE CITY <br />IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $400.00 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SANTAMETRICS PROPERTIES, a Limited Partnership, <br />has executed a deed dated June 6, 1969, conveying to the city <br />of Santa Ana an easement for underground sewer line purposes <br />north of Castor Street, west of Susan Street for which the City <br />is paying a cash consideration of $400.00; said transaction to <br />be handled through Escrow No. 56273-C with Security Title <br />Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deed, and the Clerk of the Council is directed <br />to cause said deed together with a copy of this resolution to <br />be recorded in the office of the County Recorder. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the city of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of July, <br />1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA AlgA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
