RESOLUTION 69-102 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />A QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD WITH <br />NO C~SH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of property west of Cooper <br />Street, south of First Street, granted to the city an easement <br />for drainage purposes over a portion of said land, which easement <br />is excess and of no further value to the City because of change <br />in the development of plans of said property and should be quit- <br />claimed to the various owners of record. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the <br />Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />a deed quitclaiming in severalty to THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE <br />UNDERLYING FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTEREST MAY APPEAR OF RECORD <br />the City's interest in and to,hat certain property lying west of <br />Cooper Street, south of First Street, in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Any and all interest and any and all rights over the <br />West 20.00 feet of the South one-half of the North- <br />east quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 17, <br />Township 5 South, Range 10 West in the Rancho Los <br />Bolsas, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51 Page 12 <br />of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the Recorder <br />of said Orange County. <br /> <br />and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of July, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYO R <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
