RESOLUTION 69-103 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partner- <br />ship, by WAVERLy HOMES INC., a corporation, general partner, has <br />executed a deed dated June 6, 1969, conveying to the City of <br />Santa Ana an easement for sewer purposes south of MacArthur <br />Boulevard, west of Main Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GEORGE GEORGIEFF and JOYCE E. GEORGIEFF, husband <br />and wife, have executed a deed dated June 10, 1969, conveying to <br />the City of Santa Ana an easement for road purposes on the south- <br />west corner of Edinger and Van Ness Avenues; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, KNICKERBOCKER'S, a California corporation, has <br />executed a deed dated June 24, 1969, conveying to the City of <br />Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the west side of <br />Grand Avenue, north of Stafford Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CORYDON L. BURNETTE and M. JOAN BURNETTE, husband <br />and wife, have executed a deed dated June 26, 1969, conveying to <br />the city of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the <br />north side of Fifth Street and the west side of Bewley Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, EARL H. NICHOLSON has executed a quitclaim deed <br />dated May 26, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Aha an easement <br />for street purposes on the north side of Fifth Street and the <br />west side of Bewley Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FERMAN ALARCON and CONCEPCION ALARCON, husband <br />and wife, have executed a deed dated June 24, 1969, conveying to <br />the city of Santa Ana real property to be used as a public street <br />and highway on the northeast corner of Fifth Street and Jackson <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FERMAN ALARCON and CONCEPCION ALARCON, husband <br />and wife, have executed a deed dated June 24, 1969, conveying to <br />the City of Santa Ana real property to be used as a public street <br />and highway on the south side of Fifth Street, east of Jackson <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GARY E. GUNDERMAN has executed a deed dated <br />June 19, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana real property <br />to be used as a public street and highway on the northeast corner <br />of Tenth Street and Riverine Avenue; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being <br />paid to said grantors by the city of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed <br />to cause said deeds together with a copy of this resolution to <br />be recorded in the office of the County Recorder. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the city of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of July, 1969. <br /> <br />ATT EST: <br /> <br />CLERK OP THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />MAYO R <br /> <br /> <br />
