SPECIAL RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION 69-105 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ARTHUR M. BRADLEY has demonstrated his concern <br />for the well-being and the future of the City of his residence <br />and business by giving of his time and energies for civic duties; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, since 1957 Mr. Bradley has served on the Library <br />Board of the City of Santa Ana following his appointment thereto <br />by the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in July of 1965 Mr. Bradley was most recently <br />reappointed to said position; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Bradley has served well in this position of <br />trust and has acted as Chairman of the Library Board from July, <br />1960 until June 30, 1969; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term of Mr. Bradley's office has now expired; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana, as its own act, and in its representative <br />capacity for the citizens of the City of Santa Ana, hereby <br />expresses its sincere gratitude to ARTHUR M.
