RESOLUTION 69-108 AFFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING VARIANCE ON <br />APPLICATION NO. V.A. 69-24, FILED BY RALPH A. <br />BELL AND JESS L. WHINERY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of <br />the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby affirms the decision of the Planning Commission, and Appeal <br />No. 222 on Variance Application No. 69-24, filed by RALPH A. BELL <br />and JESS L.
