RESOLUTION 69-111 ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED <br />FROM MANUEL AND DOLORES ESQUEDA WITH NO CASH <br />CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MANUEL ESQUEDA and DOLORES ESQUEDA, husband and <br />wife, have executed an easement deed dated June 26, 1969, granting <br />to the City of Santa Aha a temporary easement on the north side of <br />First Street, 150 feet west of Olive Street, for the purpose of the <br />demolition of a building existing, in part, on said property; <br />said temporary easement to terminate on the completion of the <br />demolition of said building, but in no event later than six (6) <br />months after recordation of this Easement deed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being <br />paid to said grantors; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is directed to <br />cause said deed, together with a copy of this Resolution, to be <br />recorded in the office of the County Recorder. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 22nd day of July, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFOP~NIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
