RESOLUTION 69-112 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH
<br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CHESTER S. BIGELOW and MARION E. BIGELOW, husband
<br />and wife, have executed a deed dated July 3, 1969, conveying to
<br />the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the west
<br />side of Main Street, 475 feet south of Warner Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, RAPHAEL WEINER and SHIRLEY WEINER, husband and
<br />wife, have executed a deed dated May 20, 1969, conveying to the
<br />City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the east
<br />side of Main Street, north of the Pacific Electric Railway.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, MICHAEL R. DEVINE and YOLANDE J. DEVINE, husband
<br />and wife, have executed a deed dated June 17, 1969, conveying to
<br />the City of Santa Ana vehicular access rights on the south side
<br />of Edinger Avenue and the west side of Grand Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, FIRST WESTERN HANK AND TRUST COMPANY has executed
<br />a deed dated July 1, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Aha an
<br />easement for street purposes on MacArthur Boulevard, east of
<br />Bristol Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, BELLE M. GRISET, a widow, and BELLE M. GRISET and
<br />FRANCIS E. GRISET, Trustees have executed a deed dated July 3,
<br />1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street
<br />purposes on MacArthur Boulevard, east of Bristol Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, BELLE M. GRISET, a Widow, and BELLE M. GRISET and
<br />FRANCIS E. GRISET, Trusteees have executed a deed dated July 3,
<br />1969, conveying to the city of Santa Ana an easement for street
<br />purposes on the east side of Bristol Street, south of Alton Street;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ELMER H. WHISLER, as Executor of the estate of
<br />Maybell C. Whisler, deceased, who acquired title as Mabel C.
<br />Whisler, has executed a deed dated July 7, 1969, conveying to the
<br />City of Santa Aha an easement for street purposes on the north
<br />side of Seventeenth Street, west of~Sherry Lane;
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being
<br />paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to
<br />cause said deeds together with a copy of this resolution to be
<br />recorded in the office of the County Recorder.

<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of Santa
<br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the ~2nd day of July, 1969.
