RESOLUTION 69-113 OVERRULING OBJECTIONS TO <br />REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT, APPROVING <br />REPORT, AND ORDERING A COPY THEREOF FILED <br />WITH THE COUNTY AUDITOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Part 4 of Chapter 8, Article III of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code provides for the elimination by the City of noxious <br />growth, such as weeds, vines, brush or shrubs growing upon private <br />property when such growth is considered to constitute a fire menace; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent, the properly designated <br />official responsible for the abatement of said nuisance, has filed <br />his written report indicating the costs for said abatement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 4th day ~f August, 1969, at 7:30 P.M., was <br />fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers at 500 West 6th Street, <br />Santa Aha, california, as the place, where any and all persons <br />interested in stating their protests or objections to the report <br />of the Street Superintendent might be heard, proper notice having <br />been given; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time set, the Street Superintendent submitted <br />his report and all protests and objections to said report were <br />heard; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That all of said protests <br />and objections to the report of the Street Superintendent of the <br />work done be, and the same are, hereby overruled; <br /> <br /> BE ST FURTHER RESOLVED: That the report of the Street <br />Superintendent, Exhibit I hereto attached, is hereby affirmed and <br />that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to <br />file a copy of said report with the Auditor of the County of Orange <br />on or before August 10, 1969. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br /> <br />ATTE ST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />4th day of August, 1969. <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
