RESOLUTION 69-114 ACCEPTING A DEED FROM PHILIP <br />ZLAKET AND MARY JANE ZLAKET FOR WHICH THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $56,000 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Philip Zlaket and Mary Jane Zlaket, husband and <br />wife, have executed a deed dated July 14, 1969, conveying to the <br />City of Santa Ana a parcel of real property located on the north- <br />east corner of First Street and Raitt Street, the following <br />portions of which are to be used as a public street and highway: <br /> <br />The south 40.00 feet, the west 10.00 feet and a <br />spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded on the <br />west by the west line of Lot 10, on the south by <br />the north line of the south 40.00 feet, and on <br />the northeast by the arc of a curve concave <br />northeasterly having a radius of 25.00 feet and <br />tangent to said west and south boundaries <br /> <br />The city is paying a cash consideration of $56,000.00 for said <br />property; said transaction to be handled through Escrow No. <br />56544-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, <br />California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is directed <br />to cause said deed together with a copy of this resolution to <br />be recorded in the office of the County Recorder. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 22nd day of July, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
