RESOLUTION 69-115 ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED <br />FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA PURSUANT TO <br />OFFER TO EXCHANGE AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 31, <br /> <br />1969 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA has executed a quit- <br />claim deed dated June 10, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana <br />real propsrty for park purposes on the south side of Edinger <br />Avenue, east of the Santa Aha River, pursuant to an offer to <br />exchange agreement dated January 31, 1969. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said quitclaim deed and the Clerk of the Council is <br />directed to cause said quitclaim deed together with a copy of <br />this Resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 22nd day of July, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYO R <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
