RESOLUTION 69-116 ACCEPTING A DEED FROM <br />GREER & WOOD ENTERPRISES FOR WHICH THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GREER & WOOD ENTERPRISES, a corporation, has <br />executed a deed dated July 17 , 1969, conveying to the City of <br />Santa Ana real property for park purposes east of Westwood <br />Avenue and north of Memory Lane for which the city is paying <br />a cash consideration of $196,390.00; said transaction to be <br />handled through Escrow No. 55-80528 with The Bank of California, <br />Santa Ana, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is directed <br />to cause said deed together with a copy of this resolution to <br />be recorded in the office of the County Recorder. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 22nd day of July, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFOP~NIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA AiqA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
