Stevens and L.W.Bemis for the purchase of ten acres of land, <br /> <br />located at the northeast <br />described as Lots 31 and <br /> <br />a price of $3,000.00 per <br /># <br /> <br />corner of Fal~view Avenue and Center Street, <br />32, in Santa Aha Acres, County of Orange, at <br /> <br />acre net, <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Manager and on motion of Councilman Jerome, <br />seconded by Lateen and carried, proper official was authorized to entel <br />info'escrow with Tom T.
