RESOLUTION 69-119 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THOMAS J. GRAFTON and VIRGINIA M. GRAFTON, husband <br />and wife, have executed a deed dated July 21, 1969, conveying to <br />the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the west <br />side of Euclid Street, south of Lucky Way; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DOUGLAS CORRIGAN, as to an undivided one-half <br />interest; and DOUGLAS O. CORRIGAN, HARRY M. CORRIGAN, and ROY <br />W. CORRIGAN, a minor, as to an undivided one-half interes~ have <br />executed a grant deed dated July 15, 1969, conveying to the City <br />of Santa Ana a perpetual easement ~r street and highway purposes <br />on the south half of west Orange Road between Flower Street and <br />Westwood Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DOUGLAS CORRIGAN, as to an undivided one-half <br />interest; and DOUGLAS O. CORRIGAN, HARRY M. CORRIGAN, and ROY <br />W. CORRIGAN, a minor, as to an undivided one-half interest, have <br />executed a grant deed dated July 15, 1969, conveying to the City <br />of Santa Ana a perpetual easement for sanitary sewer purposes <br />south of West Orange Road, east of Westwood Street; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being <br />paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to <br />cause said deeds together with a copy of this Resolution to be <br />recorded in the office of the County Recorder. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of August, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />CITY OF SANTA AHA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
