RESOLUTION 69-122 ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION <br />FROM FERMAN AND CONCEPCION ALARCON FOR WHICH THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FERMAN ALARCON and CONCEPCION ALARCON, husband <br />and wife, have executed an Offer of Dedication dated July 23, 1969, <br />by which document they offer to dedicate to the city of Santa Ana <br />for street purposes on the north side of Fifth Street, east of <br />Jackson Street the following described property in the city of <br />Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California: <br /> <br />The Northerly 9.00 feet of the Southerly 12.00 feet <br />of Lot 2 in Tract 447 in the city of Santa Ana, as <br />shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 17, Page 12 <br />of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, <br />california; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this offer of dedication is without cash considera- <br />tion being paid to said grantors; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as one of the considerations for the Grantor <br />giving to the Grantee the within Offer of Dedication, the Grantee, <br />City of Santa Ana, does hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That it will not accept said Offer of Dedication until <br />the existing building within said offer is demolished, removed or <br />relocated; <br /> <br /> 2. That it will give Grantor a six months' written notice <br />prior to any acceptance of said Offer of Dedication; <br /> <br /> 3. This Offer of Dedication shall expire on August 4, 1979, <br />unless the dedication has been previously accepted by the City <br />of Santa Ana, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city of Santa Ana <br />hereby accepts said Offer of Dedication, and Carl J.
