RESOLUTION 69-127 ACCEPTING A DEED AND AN OFFER <br />OF DEDICATION FROM KNICKERBOCKER'S FOR WHICH <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHERF2%S, KNICKERBOCKER'S, a corporation, has delivered to the <br />City a deed ~ated August 1, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Aha <br />real property at the northeast corner of Main Street and Eleventh <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, KNICKERBOCKER'S, a corporation, has executed an Offer <br />of Dedication dated August 1, 1969, by which document they offer to <br />dedicate to the City of Santa Aha for street purposes at the north- <br />west corner of Bush Street and Eleventh Street the following described <br />property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California: <br /> <br />A spandrel-shaped parcel of land bounded on the East by the <br />East line of Lot 15 of "Smith and Bishop's Addition to <br />Santa Aha," in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California, as per map recorded in Book 13, Page <br />63 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County <br />Recorder of Los Angeles County, California; bounded on the <br />South by the South line of said Lot 15; and bounded North- <br />westerly by the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly, <br />having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent to said East and <br />South boundaries; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Offer of Dedication shall expire on June 16, <br />1979, unless the dedication has been previously accepted by the <br />city of santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as one of the considerations for the Grantors giving <br />to the Grantee the within Offer of Dedication, the Grantee, City of <br />Santa Aha, does hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That it will not accept said Offer of Dedication prior <br />tO September 1, 1971; and <br /> <br /> 2. That it will give to Grantor a six-months' written <br />notice prior to any acceptance of said Offer of Dedication; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said instruments are without cash consideration; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to cause <br />said deeds together with a copy of this Resolution to be recorded in <br />the office of the County Recorder. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the]Rth day of August, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
