RESOLUTION 69-128 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH THE
<br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partner-
<br />ship, by WAVERLY HOMES INC., a corporation, general partner, has
<br />executed a deed conveying to the City of Santa Ana vehicular
<br />access rights on the north side of Dyer Road and the West side
<br />of Main Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partner-
<br />ship, by WAVERLY HOMES, INC., a corporation, general partner,
<br />has executed a deed conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement
<br />for water line purposes west of Main Street, north of Dyer Road;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, HARVEY L. BEAR, as his separate property, and
<br />THE COVINGTON BROTHERS, a corporation, have executed a deed dated
<br />July 22, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement
<br />for street and public utility purposes on Mac Arthur Boulevard
<br />between Fairview Street and Greenville Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, THE COVINGTON BROTHERS, a corporation, has
<br />executed a deed dated July 22, 1969, conveying to the City of
<br />Santa Ana an easement for street and public utility purposes
<br />on Mac Arthur Boulevard between Fairview Street and Greenville
<br />Street; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a political
<br />subdivision of the State of California, has executed a deed
<br />dated August 5, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
<br />easement for street purposes on St. Andrews Place, west of
<br />Fairview Street;
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being
<br />paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to
<br />cause said deeds together with a copy of this resolution to be
<br />recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of August, 1969.
