RESOLUTION 69-133 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH
<br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, LOMALINDA UNIVERSITY, a California corporation,
<br />has executed a deed dated August 15, 1969, conveying to the
<br />City of Santa Ana real property for street and highway purposes
<br />on the east side of Bristol Street, north of Segerstrom Avenue;
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CHARLES H. SNOW and VIVIENNE SNOW, husband and
<br />wife, have executed a deed dated August 21, 1969, conveying to
<br />the City of Santa Ana real property for street and highway pur-
<br />poses on the north side of Edinger Avenue, and the east side of
<br />Ritchey Street;
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH CORPORATION,
<br />a Delaware corporation, has executed a deed dated July 14, 1969,
<br />conveying to the City of Santa Ana easements for street purposes
<br />on the north side of Alton Avenue, east of Halladay Street;
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GREER & WOOD ENTERPRISES, a corporation, has
<br />executed a deed dated AuguSt 22, 1969, conveying to the City of
<br />Santa Ana an easement for street and highway purposes on the
<br />east side of Westwood Street, south of West Orange Road; the
<br />south side of West Orange Road, west of Westwood Street;
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GREER & WOOD ENTERPRISES, a corporation, has
<br />executed a deed dated August 22, 1969, conveying to the City of
<br />Santa Ana a perpetual easement for sanitary sewer purposes west
<br />of Westwood Street, and south of West Orange Road;
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ARTHUR J. STRICH, an unmarried man, has executed
<br />a deed dated August 1, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
<br />vehicular access rights on the south side of First Street, west
<br />of Tustin Avenue; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
<br />being paid to said grantors by the City;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to
<br />cause said deeds together with a copy of this Resolution to be
<br />recorded in the office of the County Recorder.

<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
<br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of September,
<br />1969.
