RESOLUTION 69-135 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located <br />on the north side of Warner Avenue, west of Susan Street, dedicated <br />vehicular access rights to the City, and the present owners have <br />now requested access rights to Warner Avenue, which the City has <br />determined should be granted; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the <br />Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute a deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS <br />OF THE UNDERLYING FEE AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR <br />OF RECORD, the following described real property in the City <br />of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of california: <br /> <br />Parcel 1 <br /> <br />Ail vehicular access rights to Warner Avenue over the <br />Easterly 40.00 feet and the Westerly 24.00 feet of <br />Lot 38 of Tract 3561, in the City of Santa Ana, as <br />shown on a map thereof recorded in book 142, pages <br />27, 28 and 29, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br />Parcel 2 <br /> <br />Ail vehicular access rights to Warner Avenue from the <br />lands lying North of the South line of the following <br />described property: <br /> <br />That portion of ~he Partition of Estate of Sarah A. M. <br />Salvidge in said City of Santa Ana as shown on a Record <br />of Survey filed in Book 3, page 35, Record of Surveys, <br />in the office of the County Recorder of said County, <br />lying within a strip of land 16 feet wide, the Easterly <br />line of which is adjacent to and contiguous with the <br />Westerly line of said Lot 38, said strip shall termi- <br />nate Northerly in the Westerly prolongation of the <br />Northerly line of said Lot 38 and shall terminate <br />Southerly in the Northwesterly line of Warner Avenue, <br />104 feet wide, formerly Delhi Road as shown on said <br />map of Tract No. 3561. <br /> <br />and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of September, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
