RESOLUTION 69-143 AMENDING SECTIONS <br />2, 3 AND 3.1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, On November 3, 1958 the City Council passed and <br />adopted Resolution No. 58-281 revising and establishing the Basic <br />Compensation Plan for employees of the City of Santa Aha; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fr~m time to time amended this <br />Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to establish a new salary schedule <br />to replace the schedule previously listed in Section 2; to assign <br />new salary range numbers to the class titles listed in Section 3; to <br />change some rates set forth in Section 3.1; all aforementioned <br />sections of said Resolution No. 58-281; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 2 of Resolution <br />No. 58-281 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: Salary and Waqe Schedule. The following salary <br />and wage schedule shall constitute the basic c~pensation plan <br />consisting of five (5) steps or rates of pay in each range. The <br />respective ranges shall be identified by number and the steps by <br />the letters A to E inclusive. The columnar headings at the top of <br />each column shall establish the purpose of each step and the length <br />of service required for advancement to the next higher step as <br />provided in Section 7 hereof. <br /> <br /> Beginning After 6 Mos.
