RESOLUTION 69-153 ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR WHICH
<br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, RAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY INC., a california
<br />corporation, has executed a deed dated August 29, 1968, conveying
<br />to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the
<br />south side of Central Avenue, 240 feet east of Bristol Street;
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, UNITED CALIFORNIA BANK, a corporation, has executed
<br />a deed dated September 5, 1969, conveying to the city of Santa Ana
<br />real property for street and highway purposes on the north side of
<br />Seventeenth Street, east of Greenleaf Avenue;
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, HONER DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a california corporation,
<br />has executed a deed dated September 26, 1969, conveying to the
<br />City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the west
<br />side of Bristol Street, and the south side of Twenty-First Street;
<br />together with all vehicular access rights to Bristrol Street
<br />from the lands lying westerly thereof;
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, FERNDALE CHAPEL, INC., a corporation, has executed
<br />a deed dated August 29, 1969, conveying to the city of Santa Ana
<br />real property for street purposes together with all vehicular
<br />access rights from the lands remaining to the south of said deeded
<br />real property, which real property is located on the south side
<br />of Seventeenth Street, east of Laurel Avenue;
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, LESTER ELBERT and VIVIAN ELBERT, husband and wife,
<br />SIDNEY PENN and BARBARA PENN, husband and wife, and ERNEST ROSS
<br />and DELORACE ROSS, husband and wife, have executed a deed dated
<br />September 23, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana vehicular
<br />access rights on the north side of McFadden Avenue, east of
<br />Fairview Street.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being
<br />paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city of Santa Ana
<br />accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to
<br />cause said deeds together with a copy of this resolution to be
<br />recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa
<br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of October, 1969.
