RESOLUTION 69-154 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located on the west side of Bristol Street and the north side of Segerstrom Avenue, dedicated vehicular access rights to the city, and the present owners have now requested access rights to Bristol Street, which the City has determined should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWI~ERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, the following described real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California: Parcel 1: Ail vehicular access rights to Bristol Street over the Northerly 25.00 feet and the Southerly 40.00 feet of the Northerly 127.24 feet and to.Segerstrom Avenue over the Westerly 25.00 feet and the Easterly 40.00 feet of the Westerly 125.59 feet over that portion of Section 26, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, SBB & M, in the lands allotted to James McFadden as described in the Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, which was entered September 12, 1868 in Book B, Page 410 of Judgments of the District Court of the 17th Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County, california, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 75 in Tract 5653, recorded in Book 209, Pages 21, 22 and 23 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence North 88° 53' 41" East along the North line of Segerstrom Avenue a distance of 397.59 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing along said North line of Segerstrom Avenue North 88 53' 41" East a dis- tance of 125.59 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 88° 44' 13" an arc distance of 38.72 feet to a tangent line, said tangent line being the West line of Bristol Street; thence along said West line North 00° 09' 28" East a distance of 122.24 feet; thence North 89° 50' 32" West a distance of 150.00 feet; thence South 00° 09' 28" West a distance of 150.00 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2: Ail vehicular access rights to Bristol Street over the Southerly 25.00 feet of the Northerly 436.23 feet and to Segerstrom Avenue over the Easterly 25.00 feet of the Westerly 397.59 feet of Lot 75 in Tract 5653; re- corded in Book 209, Pages 21, 22 and 23 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County. and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
