~ CORSENT '1'0 T~ P..~CORDAT'rON O~ D~I~D$ OR GRANTS <br />TO THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Government Code Section 27281 enables City Councils <br />to authorize an officer or agent to accept and consent to deeds or <br />grants conveying an interest in or an easement upon real property <br />to the City for public purposes and permits such acceptance and <br />consent to be evidenced by a certificate attached to or printed on <br />the deed or grant; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the city of Santa Ana, California, hereby authorizes the City Manager <br />or his representative as the officer and agent of the City of Santa <br />Ana for and on its behalf to accept and to consent to all deeds and <br />grants made to said City which convey an interest in or an easement <br />upon real estate.
