<br />This being the date set for hearing on the amendment application of
<br />Charles C. Brisco, no protests were received for the reclassification
<br />property kt 1715 West 17th Street on the north side of the street betwe~
<br />A!ona and Bristol Streets, from R-1 and R-2 Districts to C-2 District.
<br />
<br />Mr. Brisco stated he would be agreeable to setting the buildings back
<br />to the proposed 125 foot setbac~ line agreed to verbally by Allissn
<br />
<br />Honer for his building setback. On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconde~
<br />by Larsen and carried, the following Ordinance entitled:
