RESOLUTION NO. 69-166 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT MAP <br />AS. SESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 236, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Arm, California, in regular session assembled, that the <br />prOposed boundaries of the assessment district proposed to be <br />assessed in this assessment proceeding to pay any part of the <br />cost of the prOposed improvement in this assessment district are <br />as shown upon a map of the assessment district now on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk and the Clerk of the Council of said City <br />of Santa Ana, and the Director of Public Works of said City of <br />Santa Ana, and entitled "PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 236, IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE <br />OF CALIFORNIA," and which map indicates by a boundary line the <br />extent of the territory included in this assessment district. Said <br />plat or map is hereby adopted as the plat or map describing the <br />extent of the territory to be included in this proposed assessment <br />district. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of said City Council is hereby ordered and <br />directed to endorse upon the original and at least one copy of <br />said map her certificate evidencing the date and adoption of this <br />resolution. Thereafter, said Clerk shall file the original of said <br />map as so endorsed in said Clerk's office, and shall forthwith <br />thereafter file a copy of said map executed as hereinbefore directed <br />with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />ADOPTED the 3rd day of November, 1969. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br /> <br />
