RESOLUTION NO. 69-168 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND <br /> ESTIMATE OF COST <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 236 <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, State of California, in regular session assembled, <br />that the Director of Public Works of said City of Santa Ana <br />be and he hereby is authorized and directed to prepare plans <br />and specifications, and an estimate of costs, for the con- <br />struction and installation of: <br /> <br />Planting islands, with planters, sidewalks, curb and gutters, an <br />ornamental electric lighting system, an electrically controlled <br />and operated irrigation supply and distribution system, tree <br />wells, raised concrete planters, trees, plants, and shrubs, pre- <br />cast concrete benches and trash receptacles, aggregate and epoxy <br />coating on all sidewalks, kiosks with mail boxes, newspaper <br />dispensers and telephones, together with appurtenances and <br />appurtenant work, in Fourth Street between Ross Street and Spurgeon <br />Street. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that proceedings for such work <br />shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of the Improvement <br />Act of 1911 under a resolution of intention to be hereafter adopted. <br /> <br />ADOPTED the 3rd day of November, 1969. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br /> <br />
