City boundary of Orange to a point on the South line of Fairhaven Avenue, 30.00 feet South of said centerline, as measured at right angles, and to an angle point in said city boundary; thence South 44~ 00' 39" East along said City boundary of Orange a distance of 42.86 feet to an angle point in said City boundary; thence South 89° 51' 07" East along said City boundary of Orange a distance of 50.00 feet to the center line of Tustin Avenue; thence departing from said City boundary of Orange South 0° 53' 32" West along the center line of Tustin Avenue 849.19 feet to the point of beginning, be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Santa Ana and to Ward No. 1 in said City, and said Annexation is by this Resolution effected and declared. For the purpose of tax segregation of this territory, the designation that applies is the "Santa Ana City - 1957-1958 Annexes." BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That in accordance with Government Code Section 35318 the annexed territory will become a part of the City of Santa Ana from the date of filing by the Secretary of State. The Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa Ana shall, without delay, transmit to the Secretary of State a certified copy of this Resolution.
