<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of ~he Resolution, on
<br />
<br />motion of Councilman McBride, seconded by Larsen and carried, the
<br />
<br />following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br />"Resolution No. 54-93 of the City Council of the City of Santa
<br />Aha finding and determining that County Sanitation Districts
<br />Nos. l, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and ll have complied sufficiently with
<br />the Agreement of Sale and Purchase dated February 21, 1951, as
<br />amended, to authorize the transfer of the exclusive control
<br />and possession of Section One and facilities therein of the
<br />Joint Outfalr Sewer of Orange County, California, and to
<br />transfer to Sanitation Districts Nos. I, 5, 6 and ll the un-
<br />divided interest in said Section One for which they have paid
<br />and assumed the bonded indebtedness; and authorizing the City
<br />of Santa Ana as contracting Agent for said Cities and Sanitary
<br />Districts to execute the necessar~ documents to accomplish such
<br />transfer, and to deliver possession of said Section One to said
<br />County Sanitation Districts"

<br />' erty of the City of Santa Ana, in connection with Agreement granting

<br />permission to enter certain_City rights-of-way for the purpose of instal]

<br />lng a fuel pipe line from certain bulk storage sZructures at or near
<br />
<br />Norwalk to Marine Corps Air Station, E1 Toro, was received and filed.

<br />Minutes of the meetings of the Executive Committee of.the Joint Outfall

<br />Sewer, held a~ Ans~heim, May lO~h, May 21st, June 3rd and June 24th, 1954,
