RESOLUTION 70-6 AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS <br />TO APPLY FOR AND OBTAIN FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER <br />THE FEDERAL CIVIL DEFENSE ACT OF 1950 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />that the following named officers are hereby authorized to execute <br />for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, a public entity, <br />established under the laws of the State of California, applications <br />and documents for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance <br />under the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950, as amended, (Public <br />Law 920, 81st Congress, 50 U.S.C. 2251-2297): <br /> <br />City Manager <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager <br /> <br />Director of Finance. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of February, 1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
