RESOLUTION 70-50 RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS CREATING <br />12 AND 24 MINUTE PARKING METER ZONES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the city Council has established <br />limited parking meter zones; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, included within such limited zones are 12 or <br />24 minute time zones created by Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council that <br />parking meters be abolished in the City of Santa Ana; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That all Resolutions <br />creating 12 or 24 minute parking meter zones are hereby <br />rescinded, and the action of this City Council directing the <br />installation and maintenance of all parking meters is withdrawn <br />and revoked. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of May, 1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
