RESOLUTION 70-51 OVERRULING THE DECISION <br />OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION 70-13 FILED BY <br />HARBOR PARK APARTMENTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of Fact <br />of the Planning Commission and testimony presented before the <br />City Council, the City Council of the city of Santa Ana hereby <br />reverses the decision of the Planning Commission, and Appeal <br />No. 235 on Variance Application No. 7013 filed by Kevin O'Mahony <br />is hereby GRANTED. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of June, <br />1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
