RESOLUTION 70-55 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE STORAGE OF MICROFILMED <br />RECORDS IN THE VAULT OWNED BY THE COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />AND LOCATED AT THE JOPLIN BOYS' RANCH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha to deposit negative copies of the microfilmed <br />records of the City of Santa Ana in the security of the storage <br />vault owned by the County of Orange and located at the Joplin <br />Boys' Ranch; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange <br />has authorized the County's Purchasing Agent to execute an <br />agreement with individual cities for the storage of said records <br />in said vault; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent of the County of Orange <br />has delivered to the City Manager of the City of Santa Ana <br />the appropriate agreement form for completion; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana hereby accepts all the terms, conditions <br />and stipulations as contained in the said agreement form. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager, or the <br />designated assistant of such officer, is hereby authorized <br />to complete the agreement form as supplied by the Purchasing <br />Officer of the said County of Orange. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That <br />Resolution shall be forwarded to the <br />County of Orange for filing. <br /> <br />a certified copy of this <br />Purchasing Agent of the <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana at <br />1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />its regular meeting held on the 15th day of June, <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />Vice- Mayor <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
